This is a great place for a day out with your dog. When we last visited the forest some of our group went on the mountain bike trails and the rest of us took our dogs for a walk. There are several paths to choose from. After a couple of hours fun we met up at the dog-friendly cafe. It was very welcoming and had a laid back atmosphere. The home made food was delicious and the Owen and Edwards locally roasted coffee was superb. Our dogs were made to feel at home.
